Brooklyn Craft dispatches from Brooklyn. This page covers rates, handling time, carriers and the small number of things we cannot ship.

What shipping costs

Every order under $35 carries a flat $5.25 shipping charge. Orders at or over $35 are shipped free of charge.

How long it takes

We pack in the order received. In practice that means one business day, and we will tell you by email if it will be longer.

Where we deliver

Shipping is domestic. Every address option at checkout is a United States one.

If something goes wrong

Contact [email protected] within seven days of a damaged delivery. Keep the box; carriers usually ask for a photo of it.
