Return and Refund Policy
Anything unused can come back within 30 days of delivery. This page explains how.
How to start a return
- Get in touch at [email protected] and we will walk you through it. It is a short process and we do not ask for a reason.
- Pack the item as it arrived, including any case, insert or instruction card.
- Send it to the address we confirm, and keep the postage receipt until the refund lands.
- We check the item in, then raise the refund.
What we can accept
Unused and repackaged as it arrived. If that is not possible, email us before sending and we will tell you where you stand.

Who pays the postage
Change of mind returns are sent back at your expense. Anything that is our error is at ours.
When the money arrives
We refund to the original method within three to five business days of the return arriving.
