Payment Policy
We keep this page tied to the store configuration so it cannot drift out of date. Here is what is accepted.
Methods we accept
Card and digital walletsVisa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Processed securely at checkout by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
Klarna and AfterpayPay in instalments at checkout, subject to the provider’s approval.
Direct bank transferPay by ACH or bank transfer. We ship as soon as the transfer clears.
Check paymentMail a check to the store. We ship once the check clears.
Currency
Amounts are quoted and taken in United States dollars throughout.
When payment is taken
Payment clears first, packing second. If anything delays the payment we will tell you.
Card and account security
Your payment information is handled by the provider. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded.
Brooklyn Craft does not accept payment on delivery, and will never ask you to send card details by email or over the phone. If you receive a message claiming otherwise, contact us on +1 646-201-4049.
