Cancellation Policy

There is no cancellation fee. The only thing that matters is whether the parcel has left.

The window

• Order placed. It joins the queue at the 165 Greenpoint Ave counter and can be cancelled instantly.
• Being packed. Still cancellable – call +1 646-201-4049 and we will stop it.
• Handed to the carrier. No longer cancellable; Brooklyn Craft handles it as a return instead.

If it has already shipped

If it has shipped we will tell you so and switch it to a return rather than pretend it can be stopped.

Cancellations by us

Brooklyn Craft cancels an order itself only when an item turns out to be short on the Greenpoint shelf or the delivery address cannot be reached. In either case we email you first and refund in full within 3-5 business days.
