The softest alpaca yarn comes from a baby’s first shearing. We bundle up the wool that comes from around its neck – that’s the fluffiest of the bunch – so it’s no surprise that it comes in limited amounts. Sugar Baby Alpaca is soft, fine and fab for delicate or luxe knits.

The super soft alpaca fibres are gorgeous to knit with, just like a dream!

Perfect for any piece that benefits from lightness and drape. Our favourite items to knit with this are mittens, gloves, hats and sweaters.

Suggested Knitting Needle Size: 3mm (US2.5) & 5mm (US8)
Suggested Crochet Hook Size: 3mm (US2.5) & 5mm (US8)
